About the Role
a) Collaborate with the Co Founder to define the platform's vision, mission, and strategic roadmap
b) Own the product roadmap and oversee the technical design, development, and implementation of the platform, ensuring user experience and performance c) Attract and onboard top technical talent to join the startup, building a cohesive tech team passionate about creating positive social change through technology.
d) Develop and implement growth strategies, utilizing creative tactics to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
a) BTech/BE from top tier institutes is preferred.Â
b) 3-5 years of experience in building digital products focusing on user growth and engagement
c) A proactive and innovative mindset, willing to take initiative and explore creative approaches to increase product growthÂ
d) Go-getter approach, exposure to use of no-code tools and fast agile release cycles.
