About the Role
a) Devise and execute strategies to advocate for the workplace inclusivity through effective communication with stakeholders, government bodies, and relevant interest groups. b) Evangelise about trans inclusivity at workplace through policy work, media communication and awareness campaigns
c) Liasoning with policy makers and government bodies
d) Collaborate on fundraising initiatives, securing financial support and resources to sustain and expand the platform's offerings.
Requirements
a) A relevant degree in technology, business, social sciences, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in policy advocacy/media communication/capacity buildingÂ
b) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Â
c) A genuine passion for creating positive social change, particularly related to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.Â
d) An entrepreneurial spirit, capable of driving the development of a startup from ideation to execution.
